We have made some small changes to ensure our guests and our team are

                                 i.             Disinfected between each event space use

                            ii.            Single use beverages offered

                            iii.            Break out spaces reserved for specific period to ease social distancing

4.       Culinary Modifications 

                              i.            Redesign of our culinary spaces to ensure tables permit social distancing

                             ii.            Disposable cutlery available upon request & all standard cutlery disinfected

                             iii.            Food preparation areas adhere to strict food safety procedures

5.       Housekeeping Updates

                                       i.            Public areas are regularly sanitised with enhanced focus on high touch points

                               ii.            Minibars have been removed from rooms

                              iii.            Enhanced cleaning standards are applied including disinfection of all appliances

                              iv.            Linen is washed at higher temperatures with antibacterial detergent

                               v.            Bags are provided to exchange linen in a contactless manner should a guest show symptoms

6.       Guest Experience Adaptations

                                        i.            Social distancing measures in place in all areas ensuring a minimum separation of 1.5M

                               ii.            Antibacterial gel is available for guest use in public areas

                              iii.            Proactive guidance is supplied to communicate our safeguarding opportunities

                              iv.            Contactless interaction encouraged without compromising service

                               v.            Public facilities including gyms & laundry areas redesigned to facilitate social distancing

                              vi.            Public facilities are disinfected regularly and have wipes available for guest use

7.       Front of House Operational Changes

                                             i.            Industry leading training provided for colleagues in hygiene & contamination prevention

                               ii.            PPE provided for front line workers

                              iii.            Sneeze screens installed at the front desk

                              iv.            Independent working spaces created to reduce physical contact between colleagues

                               v.            Work space disinfection between shift & personnel exchange

                              vi.            Room keys are disinfected between use

                            vii.             Stationary items are disinfected after single use
